2010 Schedule Update
GORDON - Every two years teams across the state set new football schedules as changes occur in the district alignment. The recently announced alignments will bring more
change than ever to the Gordon football schedule. The Longhorns will face a completely new set of
teams in district play. District teams include Throckmorton, Knox City, and Paint Creek. The non-district schedule is still being hammered out.
The unofficial word is that the Horns will be facing Strawn, Woodson, Bryson, and Comanche Paradigm before district play with a fifth opponent yet to be named.

Division I - District 9
Gordon
Paint Creek
Knox City
Throckmorton
For the first time since the mid 1950's Strawn and Gordon will not be in the same district.
Strawn moved down into Six-Man Division II.

Gordon will move to District Nine in Division I for the 2010-2011 seasons.
